- TikTok Promotion: fully understand TikTok user journey to be responsible for the performance of music via video creation channels in TikTok.
- Digital Campaigns: Work with in-house A&R, marketing, product and artist management teams to ideate, plan and execute music promotion campaigns via digital ad campaigns.
- 4+ years of experience in digital content, creator marketing or Music related industry. Short video platform working experience is preferred, e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Youtube Shorts etc.
- Strong data analysis skills to extract, process, analyze data and make decisions based on data.
- Good sense of Music & content. Have a keen eye to discover viral trends on social media. Have strong abstract capabilities to develop and execute content strategies to establish and amplify trends on TikTok.
- Experience with algorithms is preferred.
- Experience with digital ads and media buying.
- Good work ethics, self-motivated and result-driven with cross-cultural empathy.
