Podcast.co are currently seeking an enthusiastic person with a passion for Podcasts and Storytelling to work as part of our dynamic team in our City Centre office. This position suits a candidate who has previous experience with customer service.
Our company ignites exciting new podcasts, we operate a podcast hosting and distribution platform and studio facilities to help clients get podcasts off the ground. You’ll need to have a personable approach to talking to clients on the phone plus via chat/email so great written communication skills are essential. We’re looking for outgoing candidates who aren’t afraid to get in front of the camera or behind the microphone to help communicate our brand message.
You’ll be first point of contact for customers, so you should be proactive in troubleshooting issues, providing quick and efficient solutions and helping customers to achieve their goals. In addition to these tasks you will also be responsible for creating and improving our help guide content, managing our submissions process and generally making sure that customers are happy with our service.
