We're looking for a new member to join our IT Support team at Ableton. As an IT Admin you ensure a smooth workflow for your colleagues by sourcing and providing hardware and software to fit their needs. In collaboration with the IT Support Team and IT Unit, you deliver expert advice and bring meaningful solutions to our users in line with Ableton's IT standards. Your open, clear, and understanding way of communicating, along with your technical skills, shape Ableton’s IT Support team.
This position is based in Berlin, Germany. We offer a hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week in our office.
You prioritize and solve your colleagues´ IT support requests using our IT ticketing system
You help implement and maintain technology like computers, peripherals, multimedia devices, software and specific tools for individual teams
You communicate with other teams across and outside the organization via multiple channels
You engage in technical and organizational activities to continuously improve the way we work
You have worked in a helpdesk environment and are comfortable with IT ticketing systems
You have experience troubleshooting a wide range of devices (macOS and Windows) and applications (cloud services and software)
You are familiar with tools for deploying and managing computers, mobile devices and software (experience in managing applications and patching using Microsoft Intune is especially welcome)
You have knowledge of at least one of the following scripting languages (eg. Powershell, Bash, Python, etc)
You are a team player and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and diverse groups of people from all backgrounds
You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
You are already familiar with some of these tools (we'll help you with the rest)
Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Miro etc.
JIRA and Confluence (and add-ons)
Windows-based File and Print Services
