Excellent customer service makes the difference – especially in online communities of the digital world. We seek to teach piano to people all around the world with our apps. This is hardly possible without good customer service. Our customer support team assists our customers in all requests through in-app messenger and e-mail, social media channels & App Stores.
We are looking for a new experienced team member who is proficient in English and ideally has some knowledge in German. More language skills are definitely a plus. You'll get a detailed onboarding and communication training during your first weeks to provide the best support to our users.
This job is available as a freelance position of 15 - 20 hours per week.
Your tasks in detail
Since team spirit is very important to us, we’re looking for a Berlin-based (or vicinity) new team member. We value personal connection so coming to the office for the onboarding as well as to monthly meetings is desired.
