Digital Marketing & Community Manager

Contract duration: September 2023 – January 2024 (5 months)

Perplex Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Community Manager to join the Marketing Team on a full-time contract basis. The candidate will be managing projects within the Marketing department and supporting the Managing Director on his work streams, to whom they will be reporting to directly.

The Perplex Group Marketing department works across a variety of international festivals and event brands, including the well-renowned Perplex London monthly events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
• Experienced with content creation and producing viral content on TikTok & IG
• Experienced in community management (3+ years)
• Experienced in newsletter design
• Experienced in CRM
• Experienced in data management
• Interest in the Electronic Music industry
• Ability to understand and analyse marketing data
• Fluent in English
• Strong written English & captivating copy
• Intermediate in Spanish
• Highly organised and methodical approach
• Strong people skills

Tasks: 

• Daily content creation for IG & TikTok
• Create and manage social media content for a range of electronic music events/festivals (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
• Create weekly schedules of activity for multiple social media pages
• Copywriting
• Create newsletters
• Keep email databases up-to-date
• Manage website content
• Manage customer services
• Social media live posting
