Our first product is flowkey: a revolutionary app for learning to play the piano. After our launch in 2015, flowkey quickly became one of the global leaders in its category, with more than 5 million users from over 100 countries. Your role and responsibilities
As a Frontend Engineer for Growth at flowkey, you will work alongside our world-class team on a diverse, modern tech stack. Together, we will create wide-reaching impact throughout our organization and for millions of users around the world.
In this role, you will focus on growth experimentation and the optimization of our funnel, taking both app and marketing data into account. You will work on exciting projects to optimize the signup and purchase flows, user onboarding, referrals, monetization, and customer winback tactics.
You will thrive in this role if you have an inner drive for growth and optimization, a passion for data and enjoy working independently.

Requirements
Must-have
- Degree in business or technical studies, or equivalent experience and accomplishments
- Proven above average problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in JavaScript (or ideally, TypeScript)
- Experience with A/B testing and the analysis of data
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for analyzing and optimizing KPIs
- Eagerness to learn through a feedback culture and share knowledge with the team
Nice-to-have
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Passion for music
- German language skills
Experience in any particular technology or process is far less important to us than the ability to learn quickly, turn ideas into solid code, and easily ramp up in new areas.
