Job Description

The Revenue Operations Coordinator will work closely with the revenue team to support the sales process and RA’s commercial partnerships. The purpose of the role is to enable and empower the revenue team to succeed through improved strategy, process, analytics and tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Revenue Operations Manager
  • Oversee the team’s CRM usage and ensure the sales team keep data clean and up to date
  • Responsible for keeping all Revenue processes and documentation organised
  • Responsible for researching competitors and presenting findings back to the team
  • Training RA’s Global Contributor Network on the sales process
  • Identifying opportunities by developing and improving our sales processes
  • Assisting Revenue Operations Manager with data requests
  • Creating data requests and pulls for prospecting
  • Researching and providing leads for the Sales team to prospect
  • Responsible for keeping sales collateral, decks and media packs up to date
  • Supporting our Ad Ops Manager with upload campaigns, reporting and forecasting

We’re looking for:

  • A passion for electronic music and a good understanding of the industry
  • A minimum of 1 year within business operations, sales, or a similar role
  • A passion for sales enablement and supporting sales teams
  • Experience with B2B CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand, manipulate and present data
  • An understanding of digital media, advertising, event ticketing or experience working at a digital publisher would be advantageous
  • Experience with SaaS or technical sales would be an advantage
  • Willingness to live RA’s values
