Job Description

London based event brand & record label FUSE is searching for an experienced, hard working & passionate Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team at our London office. We are searching for someone with a keen interest in the electronic music scene & someone (preferably but not essential) who is familiar with FUSE, our sister brands & associated artists/partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating marketing strategies, managing budgets and implementing bespoke marketing campaigns, whilst also performing all other relevant tasks essential for increasing brand awareness & sales.

EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL SKILLS:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3+ years previous marketing experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to confidently create, plan & deliver successful campaigns.

  • Excellent management and leadership skills .

  • Vast knowledge of electronic music domestically & internationally.

  • Highly organised, self motivated & driven with great time management skills 

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, plan and stick to deadlines.

  • Up to date with all latest marketing & social media trends.

  • Experience liaising with artists, managers and other third party clients.

  • Knowledgeable about market trends, music industry developments and digital innovations.

  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing company.

  • Passion for the nightlife industry, music, and the ability to connect with our target audience.

  • Flexibility with regards to working hours and the availability to work nights and weekends.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.

  • Willing to work extended hours and occasional weekends.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced skills with business manager and paid advertising.

  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and other social media platforms, including best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.

  • Advanced skills with operating excel, google sheets & docs.

  • Knowledge or skilled with Dropbox & task management tools.

  • Experience with photoshop, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Wordpress etc. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

EVENTS

  • Strategic campaign planning with management for all events including ticketing 

  • Develop and implement innovative campaign strategies to drive interest, bookings, and a engaged community.

  • Managing, leading and working closely with our social media manager.

  • Liaising directly with artists and artist managements to run successful promotional campaigns for all events.

  • Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Briefing & managing asset creation with designer (artwork, photos, videos, etc.)

  • Source and manage press, online, radio for each project.

  • Produce and implement long-term events and marketing strategies.

  • Ensure our event listings are relevant, accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.

  • Build up and manage effective data capture online and at events.

  • Delivering marketing reports to management.

  • Create and send newsletters & e-flyers.

  • Coordinate any poster & flyering campaigns.

  • Develop strategy to increase growth across all social media platforms.

  • Coordinate posting schedule internally and with event partners.

  • Attend weekly promotion meetings with the Senior management.

  • Source cross-promotional opportunities with partners, press & venues.

LABELS

  • Working closely with the music team to coordinate & execute campaign timelines.

  • Create a strong working relationship with the label manager, press agent and A&R team.

  • Work alongside label manager & distributor to develop & execute strategies for press, online & radio.

  • Increase growth across streaming platforms i.e Spotify, Apple Music.

  • Working closely with management to deliver creative, innovative and efficient digital advertising and social media campaigns.

 

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time

Hours: 40+ hours per week

Work: Hybrid / occasional weekend work 

Location: East London (Hoxton) 

Salary: Dependant on experience
