This Is Us
As the great Kurt Cobain once said, "Come as you are." BMG is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees. We value diversity in all forms. Equal opportunity is deeply rooted in our core value of fairness, and we are committed to creating a truly inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive. If you're good at what you do, come as you are!
Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out, we welcome you to join our team.
All applicants to BMG are treated equally - regardless of age, disability, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy or parenthood, ethnic origin, color, nationality, religion or belief.
BMG does.
Our radical approach to an often old-fashioned - and sometimes unfair - music industry has been to focus our efforts on looking at things from the artist and songwriter’s perspective.
We don’t see ourselves as moguls or puppetmasters: we’re partners, here to help artists be the best they can be – and earn a living from the music they create.
As the youngest of the big global music companies, launched the same week as Spotify,
we aim to do things differently. Better.
Our recipe: great service, a fair and transparent approach and an
understanding that artists need all the help they can get.
