As the Brand & Activation Manager, you oversee and optimize Armada Music’s brand strategy and exploitation activities, and are responsible for initiating, executing and supervising partnerships with other brands and companies. This includes guarding the brand identity and setting up creative promotion/marketing campaigns for Armada Music’s branded concepts, events and activations. You are allocated your own budget and will report to the Head of Brand & Design. Yours is a prominent position in the company and you have a keen eye for opportunities.
● You oversee and optimize the brand strategy of Armada Music and its sub brands;
● You work closely with the Head of Brand & Design, Marketing Managers and Online Marketeers;
● You report the results of our investments towards engagement and profit;
● You are responsible for our partnerships with other brands;
● You play an important role in the company-wide planning and serve as the point of contact for all involved parties and departments;
● You coordinate the in-house events as well as external brand activations.
You have a relevant degree in Business Marketing or Communication;
You have at least two years of relevant experience with setting up brand activations within the advertising industry or music industry;
You understand the inner workings of the music industry and preferably have an affinity for electronic music;
You are punctual, organized and efficient;
You have a creative, commercial and analytical mind;
You thrive under pressure and are used to working with strict deadlines;
You are on top of — and an active user of — all forms of music consumption and social media (and its most recent developments);
You have a relevant network within the (dance) music industry and brands related to the industry;
You are well versed in the English language, both in speech and in writing.
