Digital Marketing & Social Media Associate

We are looking for a creative, driven and digitally savvy individual with a solid marketing mindset to join our team.  The person we are looking for will have the following skills and qualities: 

• Genuine love for house music.

• Self motivated & highly organized team player who can solve problems.

• Responsive communicator who can lead, follow & learn quickly (even from mistakes).

• Highly creative, detail-oriented & responsible.

• Strong Photoshop, graphic design and video editing expertise are a must.

This is a role for a candidate living in the USA, ideally on Eastern time. 

This person will work in collaboration with our existing A&R & Marketing teams to communicate with artists & labels, creating social media content, copywriting, executing video editing and graphic design pieces to support Traxsource weekly product and marketing cycle.

The perfect candidate will have some music industry background, a strong knowledge of house music and its culture, a profound understanding of social media and AI tools, an analytic mindset, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to engage with our community through creativity and musical content.

This person should have strong copywriting skills in perfect English and the ability to create high-quality static and video assets using various tools of the trade, along with at least a basic ability to use modern AI tools to aid the creative process of content creation.

Ideally he/she will be familiar with running paid social media adverts through Facebook Business Manager, and have the ability and willingness to work on a variety of projects at once.

This is a full-time (or almost full-time) remote subcontractor role for a candidate living in the USA ideally on Eastern time.  Please note, Traxsource teams operate in both European and American office hours, so flexibility and time management are crucial.
