Job Description

We are looking for a full-time & permanent London Sales & Relationship Manager. An outgoing and extrovert self-starter with a can-do attitude and drive to help grow our ethical soft drinks brand across London.

Squeezed from fresh fruits without squeezing our growers, Lemonaid and ChariTea started as a Social Enterprise 13 years ago in Germany, with the aim to support the parts of the world frequently disadvantaged in the global economy. Our soft drinks are made from Organic and Fairtrade certified ingredients, sourced from small-farming cooperatives. For every bottle sold, 5p go to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation which supports people and communities in the countries where our ingredients are grown, with over £7 million raised to date. 

The Role 

You will own half of London and surrounding territory with responsibility for the growth and account management of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs and independent retailers. From increasing in-store visibility to business development by winning new stockists, you’ll have a wide range of responsibility and freedom in masterminding and executing our field sales strategy. You will join our UK sales and marketing team, whilst being part of a fast-growing international social business with offices across Europe and 100+ employees globally.

What the role offers you:

  • Independent place of work - you organise and execute your own trips Mon-Fri to visit clients across London, with options to do the admin side of your job from home, our Southwark office, or your favourite coffee shop

  • OTE pay of £30,800 (Fixed salary of £26k + monthly sales bonus of up to £9.6k per year)

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent and confident communicator with great interpersonal skills  
  • Infectious enthusiasm, switched-on and authentic  
  • Independent and autonomous as you will be in the field 80% of the week  
  • Resilient – you don’t take ‘no’ for an answer and have a history of overcoming challenges 
  • A proactive, extrovert approach and an entrepreneurial attitude  
  • Ideally previous experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles within the hospitality or music industry
