Your Army has a leading roster of clients across our Promotions company, Publishing company and Record Label. Our team works with an array of leading global artists including; Dave, Bicep, Jax Jones, London Grammar, Disclosure, LF System and The Chemical Brothers.

This role is based out of our Head Office in Kings Cross, London, and you would be a key part of the team, working closely with the Directors, Accounts, Operations Manager and Head of Departments. This is an ideal position for someone with finance experience who wants to immerse themselves in an exciting industry.

Role Specification

Main Duties

• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Posting transactions
• Cashflow management & forecasts
• VAT returns
• Year end accounts in collaboration with accountants
• Quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Chasing colleagues and companies directly for payment & PO's
• Develop the Your Army company name – be a true company representative

Desired Skills & Experience

• AAT qualified
• Two years’ experience in finance role is desirable
• Meticulous attention to detail and filing
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and in writing
• Must be able to confidently develop and maintain key relationships with clients and colleagues
• A genuine team player who is keen to work with the team in order to get the job done

Remuneration / Benefits

• Holiday allowance of 20 days per annum increasing by 1 day for each full year worked to a maximum of 25 days + bank holidays.
• A further 3 days holiday each year to be used between Christmas and New Year each year.
