We are looking for an ambitious, driven and dedicated Digital & Social Marketing Manager to join our team who is extremely passionate about our roster.
The individual will work with Management and Label teams to manage and develop the social media channels, newsletters and websites for the Company, Artists and associated Labels. You will develop and nurture the relationships from the company to the key people at the social media and DSP platforms. You are used to juggling multiple tasks, collaborative in attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Create content in conjunction with the whole company team
Copywriting for social channels and editorial.
Responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and plans across all brand and artist channels.
Management of all Label, Artist and Company channels (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), including overseeing all posts which are delivered by two assistants.
Tracking all social media activity and using appropriate insight tools to deliver actionable insights. Set benchmarks for measuring the success of campaigns and impact of all social media programmes.
Review, analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Write and develop regular newsletters, creation of email campaigns. Create strategies and develop the respective databases.
Attend events and activations and create and deliver content
Person Specification
Passionate about Music, events, the industry and excellent knowledge of Electronic Music and Dance Music culture.
Experience managing social media channels and actioning marketing plans to promote growth.
Deep understanding of all social media platforms, streaming services and online marketing.
Working knowledge and understanding of all social platforms and their audience.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Exceptional communication skills
A diligent self-starter who is willing to learn and also use their initiative.
Disciplined and organised. Excellent time management skills.
A proactive, positive attitude.
Experience using design programmes, including Photoshop and video creation/editing software
Comfortable working in a team in a fast-paced commercial company.
