Position Summary:

Digital Partnerships is a growing team within the digital organization responsible for finding new and interesting ways to distribute and market our shows, venues and artists. The Digital Partnerships manager will work with a broad set of digital companies including social networks, streaming services, digital marketing solutions, AR/VR platforms and beyond to build and maintain creative partnerships that support our business. You will act as the primary contact for partners and work cross-functionally with digital marketing, media, creative, CRM, marketing and other teams. This position reports to the Head of Digital Partnerships and is located in our downtown Los Angeles office.

Essential Functions:

  • Ideate on opportunities and execute campaigns with partners and internal teams; run point from kick-off to completion
  • Identify and outreach to potential partners to determine marketing and transactional opportunities
  • Keep internal teams up-to-date on digital partnerships; develop and distribute partner overviews, campaign case studies and other requested information
  • Analyze and track key reporting and metrics to showcase partner highlights and identify trends; communicate information across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant trends and news across music & entertainment, technology and live events

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum education level of: BS/BA in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Strong grasp of digital landscape; understanding from both marketing and product (non-technical) perspective
  • Strong organizational skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Proven ability to instigate and execute partnerships and marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently, anticipating problems and working cross-functionally to solve them
  • A passion for building valued relationships with partners and team members
  • Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a resourceful attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team player with the confidence to take the lead and see projects through to completion
  • Experience in music and entertainment industry; strong interest in live events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn required business systems
  • Ability to travel

Pay Scale: $77,001.00-$112,293.00
