We are looking for a Director of Growth & E-commerce (f/m/x) to join Native Instrument’s Marketing team. The person in this role will lead Native’s global online acquisition and retention strategies as well as having responsibility for improving E-commerce. This role reports directly to the CMO.
In this position you will be managing people, developing talent, and working effectively cross-functionally (eg. Sales, Product & Engineering, Customer Service, etc.). You will need the knowledge and confidence to work with the Executive Team and be a great partner to their peers in the Marketing organization. You will be an avid student and teacher: studying data, distilling it and sharing their insights broadly.
Moreover, in this role you’ll develop and execute high visibility e-commerce marketing programs and plans that drive Native’s growth. This will include maintaining and optimizing our external web strategy, including navigation and site performance. Prioritizing and implementing website updates that improve user experience, clarify product positioning, and feature the most relevant content. Through collaboration with the product lines and content team, you’ll influence content strategy and creation, while ensuring consistent messaging.
What we offer is true ownership of a critical business function and the ability to define the strategic direction for a strong and eager team (currently about 10 people in size and growing). Additionally, you would be working for a company that has and continues to transform how music is produced and played.
