The Role


 


We have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation team working on a large transformation programme. Alongside this you will be managing and co-ordinating projects which typically relate to tech applications or solutions and/or tech infrastructure projects. Using your knowledge of planning tools and estimating techniques you will meet identified business needs and objectives on time to budget with appropriate reporting, management and resource deployment. 

Responsibilities

As our Project Manager, some of your day to day duties will include….



    • Project delivery including definition, documentation and safe execution

    • Preparing and maintaining realistic project, quality, and risk plans

    • Liaising with project boards, quality review meetings, Programme Managers and other Delivery Managers

    • Planning for the post-project transition business change and any application support with effective handover of finished projects to ensure outputs and benefits are properly supported

    • Working with the relevant stakeholders and wider business to develop requirements into project deliverables

    • Creating and maintaining communication plans

  • Running technology applications/solutions and/or technical infrastructure projects from initiation to successful completion demonstrating project management and leadership skills
  • Management of application development and infrastructure projects
  • Using structured project management methodologies and tools, e.g. MS Project
  • Working with/Directing mix of in-house and third-party suppliers as well and in-house development and infrastructure teams
  • Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Support and IT-Change Management
  • Dealing with customers/users and establishing long term client relationships demonstrating
  • Working within a programme and project environment with a matrix management style of working
  • Supporting business and IT transition through operational readiness and benefit realisation

The Process

 

Our interview process for this role is simple and as follows:

  • First stage interview virtually.
  • Second stage interview in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location

 

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home for 3 days per week. However, when you see the view from our London Bridge Hub overlooking the River Thames, we are sure you will want to join us in our fun, collaborative working space!
