We are looking for a HR Generalist on either a full-time or part-time (32 hours per week) basis to manage all HR administration/HR procedures efficiently, effectively and to a high standard across the EMEA region, ensuring we deliver the required optimal service to the business.
Based in our Amsterdam Headquarters, you will contribute towards a positive employee experience in all HR related activities by coordinating, drafting and processing all types of documents and letters regarding new joiners, changes during employment, and leavers.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the personnel information systems (NMBRs, PWC, Appical, Arbo Portal, IND) correctly and in an efficient way, optimising the use of personnel information
Be a first point of contact for all HR related questions/queries
Ensure all salary updates/changes are accurately and timely delivered as input for the monthly payroll process
Act as a knowledgeable contact person towards all related external parties such as the Payroll provider, Tax office, Arbo, UWV, Pension provider and IND; and ensure there’s a correct and efficient administration process towards them
Know the specifications and the quality of all HR and related business processes
Keep an overview of all the various topics and coordinate the initiatives from a support and reporting point of view
Who You Are:
Previous experience in an international HR back office environment
Basic knowledge of Dutch employment law and the Dutch (social) tax system
Knowledge of 30% ruling and IND processes
Experience dealing with digital systems such as PWC Portal and NMBRS
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Accurate and accustomed to working with deadlines
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Interested in and aware of different cultures
Service-minded, empathic and flexible
An interest in music
