We’re looking for people to join our Front of House team at Eventim Apollo who go the extra mile, every time; aspire to be the best at what they do; listen, value feedback and act on it and are passionate about delivering the best experience!
This is a diverse role which means you could be working behind our bars, showing guests to their seats and answering their questions or staffing the cloakroom and selling merchandise – this role gives you great variety and allows you to show off your customer service, problem solving and teamwork skills.
We are looking for proactive, positive, flexible and approachable people. You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting; and thrive in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy when working under pressure.
Previous bar experience is preferred, along with cash handling and customer service experience. You will need to be flexible and be able to work weekday and most weekend evenings.
We’ll give you all the training you need on our systems and processes so you’re set up for success.
Where: You‘ll be based at the venue which is at 45 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9QH
Important Information: Due to the nature of the work, you must be over 18 years old. You must also have the right to work in the UK.
When: We will be interviewing in the coming weeks, and you will need to be available to start training/working with us on 10, 17 and 24 February 2023.
