Production Engineering Lead (Audio Electronics Manufacturing) (m/f/d)

If you have answered yes to all the above, we’d love to hear from you! We are expanding our engineering team, and we are looking for someone to join us in a brand-new technical leadership role as we develop our next generations of studio monitors.
This role provides an opportunity to grow into a management role as the team continues to grow and develop.
This role will involve travel to visit our local project engineers and contract manufacturers in China and Europe (subject to Covid-19 travel restrictions).
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be the hands-on expert for all engineering topics relating to the manufacturing of our products. You will put in place appropriate processes and tools to ensure that our product designs can be put into mass production in a predictable and repeatable way.
You will be the point of contact within the Berlin-based Engineering team for both our colleagues in China, as well as our onsite Production team in Berlin.
As with any leadership role, building relationships with key stakeholders will be key to your success. You will need to build and maintain productive relationships with our manufacturers and colleagues in China, our Operations and Production teams in Berlin, and across the Engineering department.
