Software Engineering Manager
Based: High Wycombe / London / Hybrid / Remote

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our team of 17+ native engineers. Our engineers are embedded into different agile teams working on a variety of projects alongside QA, scrum masters and product owners.
The teams focus on a wide range of value streams such as creative music software, audio plug-ins, internal tools, embedded software and hybrid apps that augment our products.
You will be providing leadership and coaching to support team development, meet the growing needs of the business and nurture a shared engineering culture.
You will work closely with our Tech Leads to communicate strategy and create a sense of unity and direction.
The software team is currently pathing the way for future best practices within the wider group, as engineering manager you'll have an opportunity to directly contribute to the best practices that we choose to adopt.
