Marketing Manager - MiNT Group
Join us at MiNT Group as our Marketing Manager, leading the charge in creating impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for our events, including Mint Warehouse, Mint Festival, and Newsam Park Festival.

Location: Leeds, with consideration for hybrid working arrangements.
Contract: Full-time.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts across our roster of events. As an integral part of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns and building a strong brand image for our events.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementing comprehensive marketing plans for multiple club events simultaneously
- Driving ticket sales for all events through effective campaigns
- Managing event and marketing budgets
- Overseeing paid media campaigns
- Collaborating with external partners, artists, and agencies
- Developing creative and innovative social media campaigns
- Ensuring high-quality content production
- Attending events and creating real-time content
- Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.


- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically in the music, club events, or festival industry
- A deep passion and knowledge of electronic music and events
- Proven success in creating engaging social media campaigns
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of all major social media platforms
- Paid media expertise
- Excellent communication and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
