At New Bohemia Music Ltd. we're looking for a Freelance Designer to work across the many musical projects we have on the go.


About Us

New Bohemia Music is a growing music festival and events company whose projects include Outlook FestivalDimensions FestivalWe Out Here and The The Outlook Orchestra


About The Role

We're on the lookout for a collaborative and highly-organised graphic & video creative to work with the in-house marketing teams of We Out Here, Outlook & Dimensions Festival.

The ideal candidate will have a connection to the festival brands and the music and communities they represent.

This will be a freelance role, as much as possible based in our East London office, 2-4 days a week depending on preference and experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

Main responsibilities will be working alongside the marketing teams to produce regular and on-brand design + video promotional materials. These include but aren't limited to: 

  • Physical print (posters, flyers, billboards)
  • Social media assets
  • Design templates
  • Pitch-decks
  • On-site design elements
  • Merchandise
  • Digital & print ads
  • Video edits


About You

Essential skills: 

  • Demonstrated confidence in working across promotional materials and brand identity (via portfolio / evidence of prev. work)
  • Confidence of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to respond accurately to briefs
  • Highly organised
  • Awareness of social media creative trends and formats
  • Ability to manage simultaneous deadlines
  • Collaborative spirit and keen to generate and contribute creative ideas

Desirable skills:

  • 1-2 years industry experience
  • Experience in and understanding of the events industry
  • Video editing skills
  • Animation skills
  • Innate knowledge of social media creative trends
  • Web design experience
