We’re looking for someone who can help our group of businesses run smoothly and efficiently, joining the dots between disparate systems and departments. You’ll have experience in an eCommerce or manufacturing environment and be familiar with process automation tools. You’ve probably been through several major business changes and helped to formalise, simplify and automate the tasks that companies rely on - order processing, budgeting & forecasting, inventory tracking and so on. You have an even split between technical and human skills - project management and stakeholder engagement being every bit as important as choosing the right tools for the job.
Working as part of our Applications team, you’ll help us connect people and processes to run things right. You’ll manage contractors where necessary, and ensure that everything we build is well tested, documented, governed, and supported. You’ll spot opportunities to improve existing manual processes, and suggest new approaches to eliminate defects, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Your work will form the backbone of business-critical processes, delivering value to customers and stakeholders across the group. You will have experience in integrating business systems via API and iPaaS platforms, using native and custom connectors.
Skills and experience required:
If you have experience designing, building, and maintaining automated business processes in an SME, using Dell Boomi or similar IPaaS software, we want to hear from you!
