Job Specifications:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
  • Out of office hours
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube
  • Experience with Adobe Suite desirable, but not essential
  • Event attending
  • Good Team Player

  • Understanding of culture surrounding Rinse
  • Knowledge of associated genres (including electronic, underground, rap etc)

Job Details:

Social Posting & Schedule

  • Liaise with team on the rollout of all Rinse social platforms
  • Create content for all Rinse social platforms
  • Responsible for posting across all Rinse social platforms
  • Build social engagement
  • Regular, clear and constructive communication with key teams including, Radio, Content, Partnerships, Records (including weekly meetings)
  • Maintain and contribute to Cultural Calendar to keep up to date with key dates/events throughout the calendar year
  • Ensure social rollouts and suggested copies for all content are sent to relevant departments for approval

Content

  • Suggest innovative and dynamic ideas for content promotion
  • Manage asset creation for content promotion (acquiring relevant images, selecting appropriate and engaging wording and producing short video reels or TikTok material)
  • Active and confident around the building to capture any quick socials content for social media platforms

Events

  • Management of social media at Rinse events

Data

  • Remain ahead of social media trends, updating the team in weekly meetings
  • Collate competitor activity on social media for comparison analysis
  • Monthly report to senior team on social media performance
  • Keep up-to-date stats on all social media platforms for Brand deals

Other

  • Have a good sense of initiative and make decisions
  • Maintaining Rinse tone of voice on social platforms
  • Replying to comments and engaging with the Rinse community, as well as managing Rinse social account inboxes
