As a Guest Relations Assistant at The O2 you’ll wow our guests on event nights! 

You’ll provide a safe, friendly environment on event nights whilst delivering a high level of customer service. Welcoming our guests with a warm smile, you’ll be their first point of contact with any access related problems or issues and will deal with these with empathy and understanding. 

It’s about going the extra mile, every time; listening and valuing any feedback given and working together with the Guest Relations Team to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience at The O2. 

We are looking for proactive, positive, and approachable people. 

You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting; and thrive in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy whilst working under pressure. 

You'll be an excellent communicator, confident in engaging and working with all kinds of people, both our guests and your colleagues. 

We’re looking for problem solvers who are able to deliver the same high level of customer service throughout the event to every single guest time and time again! If that sounds like you – apply now.

This is an Event Hours based contract and will include working both weekday evenings and weekend shifts. You’ll need to be able to give your availability a month in advance and let us know what events you can work. 

To be considered for this role you must be 18 years of age or over. 

You will need to be able to attend one of our assessment centres. We are holding a number of assessment centres throughout August 2022 and are looking for people to join inductions in late August and throughout September 2022.
