Resident Advisor (RA) exists to support local scenes and connect the global electronic music community. Founded in 2001, we are located across 6 offices around the world, and read by more than 4 million people a month.
This is an entry-level position, based in Berlin will support our ticketing team across the globe to ensure we maintain our industry-leading service levels. Playing a vital part in the daily operations of one of RA’s most dynamic teams, the Ticket Support Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day promoter and customer support and administration. This is 5 days a week, full time, 1-year fixed term contract with 2x a month Saturday cover.
Key responsibilities...
Dealing with customer queries and resolving potential ticket issues
Communicating with promoters regarding ticket related queries
General upkeep of ticketing admin system
Identifying and highlighting potential fraudulent transactions using fraud detection software
Confirming/amending user shipping details for physical ticket events
Assisting with promoter payments and advances
Supporting the US Account managers in ad hoc tasks
Approval and upkeep of artist and label pages
Overseeing promoter payments
Dealing with disputes and chargebacks
