Position Summary: 

The Radio Promotions Manager will serve as an integral part of the Secretly Group Radio Department by building and maintaining relationships with artist management and radio , servicing audio and press releases to station representatives, oversee tour promotions, and more. This position reports to the Senior Director of Promotions, North America. The position could be based in our Bloomington, Brooklyn, or Los Angeles offices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement promotional campaigns for Secretly Group and select Ghostly International artists to non-commercial and commercial radio
• Seek and arrange promotional activities for artists on tour (sessions, interviews, DJ sets, giveaways, promotions items)
• Gather and analyze spin/chart data, as well as feedback from Music/Program Directors for weekly updates
• Present information in weekly project calls with managers and labels
• Secure airplay for a wide variety of artists on the Secretly Group and select Ghostly International roster
• Coordinate with indies on additional promotion of records
• Create one-sheets, radio specific press releases, and work to find artists and stations the best musical fit
• Travel to ensure quality of sessions, interviews, and on-site broadcasts

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• 3+ years' experience with radio stations or music promotion
• Familiarity with radio formats (AAA, Non-comm, Alternative)
• Existing relationships within the radio industry
• Passionate about music and a familiarity with Secretly Group repertoire
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and be adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
• Information gathering and monitoring skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
