Reports To: VP of A&R and President of A&R

Position Summary: Secretly Group is seeking an individual for the role of A&R Administrative Assistant, working out of the label group’s Brooklyn or Los Angeles office. This is an entry level position and primary duties include assisting the VP of A&R and President of A&R in administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling calls, preparing agendas for team calls, scheduling travel and meeting arrangements and other miscellaneous clerical functions. Additionally, this person will attend shows with the A&R team and help schedule writing and recording sessions for the Secretly Group artist partners.

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and be adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
• Information gathering and monitoring skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem analysis, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills
• A motivated self-starter
• Able to handle confidential information
• Passion for music, familiarity with Secretly Group artist roster
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Slack a plus
• Previous office experience a plus
