Short Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Service Delivery Co-ordinator join the Operations, Royalties & Distribution team on a permanent basis.
Location: The role will be working 1-2 days in our London Bridge offices and 3 days remotely as we offer a fully flexible hybrid working model.

About the Role

Due to internal progression, we are looking to recruit a Distribution Operations Co-ordinator, with a specific focus on Operational activities that facilitate the transformation of data submitted by Operations to distribution payments to members and customers: Handles specific areas of distribution operations and accounts, ensuring accuracy and timescales of meeting strictly defined deadlines. Responsible for completion of pre and post distribution activities to facilitate the end-to-end process from scheduling to payments including maintenance of schedules, journals and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing updates on all work streams to Team Leader and Pipeline Manager to allow forecast of service and revenue amounts 
  • Supports Service Delivery team in provision of data and information to resolve queries 
  • Track and forecast personal progression against distribution plan and provide updates on work items to manager 
  • Own resolution of queries aiming for early resolution and root cause assessment 
  • Maintenance of data within various systems such as D&M, CODA, REP etc
  • Completion of pre and post distribution processes to facilitate distributions that are timely, accurate and as complete as possible 
  • Prepare release of all necessary files in time for control sign off and distribution aligned to forecast 
  • Maintain accounts and associated revenue values 
  • Reconciliation of financial to royalty systems
  • Maintain all necessary codes within distribution systems such as CODA and D&M 
  • Work with other teams and departments to review and optimise processes to increase operational efficiency and alignment to policy 
  • Work to streamline and improve existing processes whilst documenting knowledge and ensuring accuracy is the highest priority

About you

  • Knowledge of Excel to at least a recognised ‘intermediate’ level 
  • Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications 
  • Knowledge of the PRS distributions and finance systems advantageous
  • Experience within a detailed Operational or finance based role with a focus on best service and accuracy.
