As a Production Coordinator you are responsible for:

• Production support for large-scale virtual productions from pre-production through to delivery
• Coordination of travel, accommodations, catering
• Organising equipment, supplies
• During ‘live’ days taking care of crew check-in, distribution of schedules, catering and ad-hoc requests
• Preparing, updating and distributing call sheets
• Making sure all crew know where they need to be in the MCR or on set
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining producers' calendars
• Arranging shooting locations
• Working behind the scenes making sure the administrative side of a production runs smoothly
