Audio Customer Success Specialist (Full-Time, UK Remote)

We're looking for a customer success specialist who loves audio.

The role sits at the forefront of our business, helping anyone from sports teams and musicians, to online radio stations or teachers to reach their communities through live audio. As part of our customer success team, you’ll be talking with customers to solve their issues, contributing to help articles, and guiding new users as they trial our apps.

You’re a quick learner, unafraid to share ideas and ask questions, and you take ownership over your work. Experience with audio is essential while experience in the tech industry (SaaS) is a plus. And what's really key is your energy and drive for what we are aiming to achieve: building the future of audio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower creators (our customers) with best practice and advice
  • Instil confidence as creators explore and test our software
  • Occasional Skype calls to better understand the creator’s setup
  • Investigate the root issue before proposing a solution
  • Document trends, bugs and feature requests as you come across them
  • Update support articles as needed

Core Skills

  • Strong communicator in English, written and spoken
  • Ability to empathise with the customer
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Unafraid to share ideas or ask questions
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • An appetite for learning

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the SaaS space
  • Knowledge of audio equipment
  • Enthusiasm for all things audio
  • Experience of the Mixlr software is a big plus
