How you’ll make an impact:

As a member of the Marketing Operations team, the Specialist, Digital Marketing will support the email channel team in the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of email marketing campaigns/programs across multiple brands.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide SFMC operations and product expertise including the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, Data Extensions, APIs, Journey Builder, Content Builder, AMPscript knowledge, etc
  • Build complex dynamic emails utilizing content blocks, AMPscript, HTML/CSS
  • Understand content matrices and strategy
  • Implement test and learn projects on the email channel.
  • Provide email channel/internal stakeholders best practice expertise
  • Solution independently/draw logical assumptions and conclusions on new builds
  • Set up new programs & campaigns, and make modifications to existing programs and campaigns
  • Optimize email development approach to reduce latency and build complexity
  • Work with counterparts on other marketing channels such as direct mail, in-app.... to ensure marketing effectiveness
  • Perform rigorous UAT and Production Validations testing on all campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy of internal and external work

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • HTML, CSS, AMPscript experience
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management software
  • Self-starter, problem solver, resourceful, and are able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Process oriented and collaborative in project planning and delivery phases
  • Ability to conceptualize and articulate innovative solutions for complex problems and process improvements
  • Detail oriented; strong history of quality assurance and on-time delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
  • Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
