Pollen is seeking a Marketing Associate with an understanding of the music industry (live music background preferred), social media and marketing entertainment experiences to a variety of audiences. In this role, you will take part in a complete marketing experience as you support every facet of our travel products’ lifecycle for one of Pollen’s key business units, focused on specific music genres in the world of Hip-Hop and its music culture-driven community. You will partner across marketing verticals and with a cross-functional matrix team, helping to shape the narrative of our products across the end-to-end customer journey. Connecting consumers with our unique travel experiences that combine blockbuster performing artists, the most exciting destinations, travel itineraries and luxe accommodations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in assisting with the development of strategic marketing plans, creative asset approval processes and writing social media copy. In this role, the Associate will be instrumental in the creative asset approval processes through the development and distribution of creative assets, so a background in talent relations is helpful as is a deep understanding of venues and ticketing worlds.
This role requires a professional who thinks and acts both strategically and tactically. Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is critical. Experience at start-ups also is helpful.
