Based: High Wycombe
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18525 – £19500 pa + excellent benefits

Martin Audio UK is situated in High Wycombe, with this site including Factory Production, Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Service, Sourcing, and Central Functions (

General Position Summary:

  • Assembly of finished goods and related sub-assemblies/accessories
  • Work within the production team

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

  • Ability to follow SOP’s ensuring high build quality of all products
  • Ensure all products are built with complete accuracy
  • Use of hand tools and manual handling equipment
  • Work with production team leader to ensure KPI’s are achieved
  • Highly organized and good team worker
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed within the production area and report unsafe acts

Secondary Functions:

  • Report unsafe acts, conditions or hazards immediately
  • Adhere to Company policies and work requirements
  • Participate in company stock take’s when required
  • Perform end of line tests
  • Ability to work independently
  • Other general operations functions as required
  • You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Operation of manual handling equipment

  • Attention to detail

Job Conditions:

You are expected to work at the company head office in High Wycombe on a full time basis 37.5 hours per week, over the standard working hours of 7.30 am to 4.15 pm, Monday to Thursday and 7.30pm to 12:00pm on Friday. 30 Min is allowed for lunch, 2 x 15 min breaks, Mondays to Thursdays and no lunch break but 15 min break on Fridays.
