Job Description

Boutique Global Electronic Music Management Company is seeking a day-to-day manager to support their clients and managers. The position will consist of general day-to-day manager duties for their client(s). Must have prior experience within the music industry and as a day-to-day manager.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Coordinating client's responsibilities and requests  
  • Managing client and manager calendars with confirmed shows, interviews, releases, meetings, calls, and deadlines 
  • Extensive travel management, meeting coordination, and call scheduling
  • Update tour routing sheets 
  • Approving marketing assets (shows, releases, press releases, etc.)
  • Preparing an agenda for weekly calls with the team and artists
  • Delegating action items to an appropriate team member
  • General upkeep and organisation of clients assets (artist's press kits, press shots, bio, masters, artwork, and contracts)
  • Reviewing contracts 
  • Liaising with artists, label managers, and label teams, graphic designers, social media managers, advancing team, travel agents, and agents 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to execute plans, complete deadlines, and follow through on action items 
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with colleagues, external partners, and clients
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Must be resourceful and have the ability to problem-solve independently when needed
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills 
  • Ability to work under high pressure and speed
  • Understanding of all social media platforms
  • Flexible and able to multi-task
  • Able to be available outside of normal business hours
