The Job:

The successful applicant will work alongside the Marketing Director & Marketing Team to assist in the day-to-day client management, development & delivery of marketing strategy around our event clients as well as take responsibility for internal management of company projects.

The position is for someone with previous experience in a marketing role & looking to grow with the view to managing his or her own accounts.

NYX Agency is looking for someone to work with us from our London office as well as travel & represent us at events around the globe. This role is a contract post with a 6-month trial with the successful applicant receiving a permanent job offer at the end of the contract.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Head of marketing with client management.
  • Develop & implement bespoke event marketing strategies on behalf of our clients.
  • Create original content (static, video, GIF) for use on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage content plans for NYX Agency event clients.
  • Manage budgets and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Organisation: anticipate, prioritise and stay on top of tasks, providing support to your clients.
  • Communication: write compelling copy, look to engage people from different demographics based on campaign objectives.
  • Taking initiative: observe what is happening, be proactive, ask questions at the appropriate time


  • Strong & diverse knowledge of music, fashion and counter culture trends.
  • Basic level of photoshop is essential.
  • Previous experience in a music, fashion or counter culture role.
