The role

Working within our Media team, our Account Managers bring value to our partners and deliver campaigns on a daily basis. You will be in charge of bringing content and event campaigns to life for the Beatport Media Group for top tier clients, working with the team to deliver world class music programs in service of our partners. You will create and build strong relationships internally and externally to drive projects forward, managing timelines and deliverables for marketing, digital content, livestreams and more. 


Job Duties

  • Collaborate on work streams through all stages of the client relationship to drive seamless workflow, ensuring the best work to provide strong solutions and activations for our brand partners 
  • Leads client communications across all touchpoints throughout a project lifespan
  • Manage day-to-day communication, timeline, and deliverables across internal teams and with outside vendors for events, livestreams, content shoots and media campaigns.
  • Oversee timelines and team calendars via our project management tool (Asana)
  • Implement briefing processes that are used by multiple departments, making sure the creative and marketing teams have what they need to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Create and maintain project schedules through final asset delivery and communicate any changes as they come up.
  • Drive collaboration and communication between teams to ensure timely delivery of creative work, managing the approval process with stakeholders
  • Provide clear briefs and statements of work to outside partners, managing all phases of production through delivery
  • Supports business development efforts by building presentations, decks and proposals on a regular basis. 
  • Work closely with the Vice President, attending meetings and completing general admin tasks for the task.


You Should Have:

  • Years of experience managing accounts, creative production and workflow
  • A passion for electronic music, content and media. 
  • Strong project management experience. Asana experience a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advocates for teamwork, collaboration and open communication.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with talent agencies and other vendors 
  • Clear organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and as a report to a project lead
  • Accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions
  • Thrive on collaboration with team members
