Job Description

Verso is an events and culture business with a grounding in some of the largest and most successful events and festivals in Europe.


As a Sales Admin Executive you will support the sales team to maximise festival holiday package bookings during our busy launch period. Working across 3 major European music festivals your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Qualifying customers and generating quotes.
  • Building bookings on our bespoke CMS system and taking payments.


This will be a customer facing role and you’ll spend a lot of your time speaking to a diverse mix of festivalgoers to aid them in booking their holiday. During peak times this will be a very busy role with a high volume of inbound enquiries and the successful applicant will relish in a fast paced environment and be able to build rapport naturally in order to close sales and manage pipelines efficiently.


Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a sales/customer support role.
  • Confident phone manner and ability to use technique and persuasive language to close sales.
  • A passion for dance music and festivals.
  • High levels of organisation with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and work across multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Excel.


The role is based in our office in Old Street 3 days per week, with 2 days a week working from home. Hours are 9.30am-6pm Monday – Friday and the renumeration is £12p/h. The role will be hired initially on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 weeks beginning mid-late January. There is potential for the role to be extended and even be made permanent.
