We are looking for someone to join RA’s growing Product team who is passionate about electronic music and wants to get involved building products for the electronic music community.
RA welcomes applicants from all abilities, backgrounds, ethnicities, experiences, expressions, and orientations. We aim for the staffing at RA to be a reflection of the communities we cover, amplify and participate within. We actively promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace, this is reflected in our internal operations and the treatment of our staff.
What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be working on a range of different products across RA. You will coordinate the development of products, initiatives and system improvements. And manage all aspects of the process around the Product and Development teams.
Day to day, you might be managing the priorities and roadmaps for the products you are responsible for, coordinating and running weekly sprint planning, retrospectives and related sessions, planning and executing user testing and research, or prioritising the incoming bugs for the team.
You’ll also work closely with Product Marketing and Customer Success to successfully launch new features, and collaborate with other Product Managers and Product Designers to execute on your strategy to achieve our ambitious product vision.
We’re looking for…
We're not looking for a specific list of experience or skills, we believe that a capacity to learn and to pick up new skills is more important than years of experience.
We do however require you to have an understanding of how software products are built and a conceptual understanding of how the various components and activities fit together. Whether that is from a previous role, bootcamp, or university course.
Our minimum requirements would be experience in either excel, google sheets or a data manipulation language like SQL, R or MATLAB.
How we’re set up
If we like your application, we will do initial screening with you to make sure your expectations match up with ours for the role. If you’re successful we will then invite you for up to three face-to-face or video interviews to talk through your experience. This will be the final round and, if you’re successful we will get back to you with an offer.
