This is an entry-level position, based in LA, will support our Customer Success team across the globe to ensure we maintain our industry-leading service levels. Playing a vital part in the daily operations of one of RA’s most dynamic teams, the Ticket Support Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day promoter and customer support and administration.

Dealing with customer queries and resolving potential ticket issues
Communicating with promoters regarding ticket related queries
Managing scanner rental for promoters in the US
Ensuring promoters are efficiently prepared for managing their entry logistics
Training promoters on our latest technologies
General upkeep of ticketing admin system
Identifying and highlighting potential fraudulent transactions using fraud detection software
Confirming/amending user shipping details for physical ticket events
Assisting with promoter payments and advances\Supporting the LA Account manager in ad hoc tasks
