Job Description

The Creative Partnerships Manager curates, pitches and manages a handful of key partnerships each year with brands, institutions and social organisations. This person is responsible for end-to-end management, including all facets of our partners’ presence on RA, as well as RA brand visibility and representation via our partner’s channels. You’ll be working closely with RA’s Community team to establish partnership ideas that provide tangible value to our partners and the global electronic music community. 

RA is able to offer hybrid working, allowing all employees to work both remotely and in the office, encouraging all staff to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

What you’ll be doing

Business development: 

  • Researching and identifying prospective partners to collaborate with
  • Generating partnership pitch decks for company stakeholder buy in and prospective partners
  • Signing deals following pitch wins

Partnership management: 

  • Managing multiple stakeholders internally at RA to deliver partnerships (community, design, editorial, social media) 
  • Managing multiple stakeholders externally (brand partners, consultants, suppliers)
  • Upkeep of partnership management documents throughout implementation
  • Coordination of partnership elements across all RA touch-points
  • Managing & maintaining partners presence across the site for the duration of the campaign and RA’s presence on their channels
  • Ensuring  all KPIs and financial targets are reached

Team involvement: 

  • Attendance at Content Cluster strategy meetings (the department Partnerships sits within)
  • Attendance at regular status meetings with Head of Community & CEO

  • Previous experience working in branded content or music-related brand partnerships
  • Keen interest in electronic music and brands operating in this field
  • A creative mind orientated towards creating positive change in this community
  • Ability to foster excellent relationships, both with partners and fellow RA staff
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in pitching and presenting
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Exemplary time management, planning & organisational skills
