As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead critically important and visible relationships with key talent, influencers, and creator partners.  You will ensure these partnerships consistently support our brand strategy to meaningfully connect with and earn consumer engagement.  This includes crafting commercial deals, co-marketing programs and editorial programming for these partnerships.  You will also build and leverage your networks to create sustainable business development opportunities.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships directly with talent, influencer agencies, and talent agencies

  • Responsible for identifying and evaluating new influencer talent, managing negotiations and ensuring timely execution of talent contracts and payments.

  • Partner with Director to develop long-term strategy for how we build and leverage portfolio of influencers across key verticals (music, sports, content creators, gaming, etc.)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop influencer activation plans to inform contract terms and content development

  • Develop measurement framework to help evaluate potential influencer partnerships and to evaluate performance of current influencer portfolio

  • Track cultural trends and nuance across key markets and leverage those insights to inform local influencer portfolio and activation strategy

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Relationship maven with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong track record working with talent, influencers, and creators

  • Sound commercial judgement and decision-making expertise

  • Negotiation and commercial deal structuring capabilities

  • Analytical understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making that drives performance

  • Ability to multi-task and continually oversee a portfolio of active and prospective relationships at varying maturity levels

  • Capable of dynamically navigating a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
     

Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience

  • Proven track record collaborating with talent, influencers, and creators

  • Established networks within sports and entertainment

  • Previous brand and/or agency experience a plus

  • Global experience a plus
