RA is looking for a Country Manager who will be responsible for improving our event listings and profile in the US. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the RA platform, working closely with communities across the country, amplifying Artists and Promoters and prioritising local music and event discovery. The Country Manager will recruit and manage City Managers, as part of RA's Local Contributor Network program which aims to support local scenes across the world. This role will also be the direct point of contact for promoters, venues, festivals, artists and labels who wish to work with and be listed on RA in the US. The ideal candidate will already be deeply involved in the New York City dance music community.
The Country Manager will also be supporting our Customer Success Team. This will involve answering support requests from ticket buyers and promoters as well as daily approval of event, artist, label and venue pages. The position will support our ticketing team across the globe to ensure we maintain our industry-leading service levels, playing a vital part in the daily operations of one of RA’s most dynamic teams.
