Job Description

Red Bull Records is a full-service independent record label dedicated to long term artist development, with a diverse roster across a variety of musical genres. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department on management of timelines, tools, assets, reports, product submissions, and communications (internally and externally) on behalf of our releases. The Marketing Coordinator will report to two Project Directors and work alongside our global marketing team including Digital, International, PR, Digital Accounts and E-Commerce.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Provide support to two key Project Directors.

  • Create and maintain artist timelines; collect and organize all artist asset databases (photos, artwork, logos, music, bio, etc.).

  • Create and update support tools; pitch & marketing decks, one sheets, quote sheets, commerce reports, fan mailers and any other project-related documents as needed.

  • Coordinate new release checklist with marketing team one week prior to street date (ensure assets are created and ready in line with new single, video and album releases).

  • Gather, create and manage distribution of new release assets for social posts (video/art, copy, pre-save smart links) to all partners and databases.

  • Draft release pitch submission & communicate DSP release deadlines to all partners.

  • Update global release schedule on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Assist in Tour Marketing as needed; manage ticket buys, guest lists, etc.

  • Work with our distributor to manage College Marketing campaign outreach.

  • Distribute Music Connect & Mediabase Reports; perform comparative analysis as needed.

  • Submit and monitor pseudo/art video assets to Merlin/Orfium & YouTube for YouTube Music.

  • Work with Project Directors and engage third party companies to create, price out, and manufacture any tools or campaigns needed for specific marketing initiatives (ex: promotional items, out of home advertising/billboards) and oversee their delivery.

  • Manage Red Bull Records social channels & website/news posts; Instagram, YouTube, etc.

  • Funnel marketing highlights, socials posts, e-comm sales to Red Bull brand socials channels – as needed (with VP, Brand Integration).

Your areas of knowledge that matter most for this role:

  • 2 years of music industry experience required.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for music and knowledge of industry are a must.
  • Position requires excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Proficiency in and MRC Music Connect, Mediabase and Adobe Photoshop desirable.
  • Must have great attention to detail and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
