Job Description
We are looking for an HR Coordinator (f / m / d) for our headquarters in Berlin. You are a conscientious and communicative personality, flexible and enthusiastic about becoming part of a very fast growing music company worldwide.
Your mission
You are part of a global HR team and take care of the smooth running of all operational HR processes at our BMG locations in Europe and Brazil. Among other things, you are responsible for drawing up the French employment contracts for our location in Paris. You enjoy preparing and visualizing strategic thoughts from our HR business partners in presentations and decision-making templates for management meetings and supporting them in their implementation at our locations. This includes projects such as international onboarding, the conception and implementation of new work strategies and the implementation of mental health and well-being measures. As part of your coordination work, you will support our HR team in the following HR tasks
- Coordination, moderation and documentation of global HR processes, meetings and events
- Supervision of the relocation management
- Data acquisition and maintenance of the HR tools
- Support / evaluation of the global annual HR processes such as goal setting, learning & development and employee surveys
- Creation of HR presentations
your profile
- You have some professional experience in the field of HR or have successfully completed your training or studies in HR-related areas, ideally in (international) labor law
- Your German and English skills (spoken and written) are excellent, French skills are a plus
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new HR software solutions and are well versed in using MS Office
- You are also very solution-oriented, conscientious and have a friendly and self-confident demeanor
- You love jumping into the deep end, thinking outside the box and moderating global calls is no problem for you
- You are interested in new HR trends and how you can implement them in business
