Shogun Audio Ltd is one of the most established label groups operating primarily within the Drum & Bass realm. Our brands Shogun Audio, Elevate Records, Temple Publishing and EST Studios are world leaders in their respective fields. 

Due to our continued growth we are looking for a dynamic and well rounded Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns accross all our bands. 

Based out of our Brighton UK office but with the ability to work remotely the Digital Marketing Executive will have a focus on social media and design. They will collaborate with internal and external teams to create and deliver best in class multi channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience with a record label / publisher or similar business within a design, marketing or sales role. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• In conjunction with the MD and Label Managers responsible for developing digital marketing strategy across all brands.
• Planning and execution of social media campaigns across a variety of channels including artists  & labels.
• Liaison with artists, managers and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns.  
• Day to day upkeep of all social media accounts and online communities.
• Planning and execution of Email marketing campaigns and management of email mailing lists.
• Creation a range of video and graphic content to use across all social media channels.
• Deliver monthly KPI reports on digital marketing performance and campaigns targets / objectives.
• Oversee digital advertising planning and spend with nominated agencies alongside label teams.
• Implement strategies to increase the number of social followers and clients social reach.

 EXPERIENCE

• Broad digital marketing experience with expertise spanning campaign planning and execution, design, content creation, social media, and email marketing.
• At least 3 years relevant experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong writing and language skills.
• Excellent grasp of Adobe CS, with a key focus on video.
• Customer driven, with a strong commercial focus and understanding of digital technologies, trends, policies and digital best practice.
• Good knowledge of Shogun Audio brands, drum & bass the electronic music industry
