Job Description

We offer a unique opportunity within a global market leader within audio industry. We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Service Team on a fixed term 12-month contract.

As our new Service Administrator, you will be responsible for all business administration processes supporting the service engineers. As our new colleague your culture and language skills will be the ambassadors of our corporate culture principles.

You will manage enquiries, incoming returns and exchanges for our customers in our ERP system using the Sennheiser guidelines and specifications. You will encompass the customers’ needs by providing and delivering a professional, high quality service, and offering assistance while handling customer service queries and returns.

You will also be responsible for covering goods in/ out function as a backup when required. The role requires maintaining an excellent level of customer focus, quick thinking solutions and ability to prioritize according to various needs as they arise.

Your main tasks will be:


  • Entering Repair orders into ERP system
  • Handling incoming repairs and exchanges
  • Arranging customer collections and track & trace customer deliveries
  • Picking completed repair orders
  • Supporting customers via telephone, email/tickets/cases and live chat
  • To support and assist the rest of the service team with any other tasks
  • Escalating issues and complaints to other team members


  • Assisting in the warehouse with goods in/out
  • Handling credit returns and processing in ERP system

We imagine that you have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team. You have excellent telephone manner, accurate data entry and attention to detail. You must be self-driven with a strong team spirit, good time management and excellent organizational skills. You have excellent communications skills in spoken and written English. As we work very flexibly, so the knowledge of other languages would be a benefit.

 As our new Service Administrator, you have to demonstrate a strong positive work ethic that embodies the company’s culture principles.


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 packages
  • Experience in using ERP systems preferably JDE, CRM, and similar
