Linkfire is looking for a full-time Business Operations Manager to oversee and support our business development and partnership team in LA. You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of designers, engineers, product managers, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe.

The right candidate will find this role to be a chance to play a central and active role in the next chapter of scale for Linkfire. You will take on core projects and guide our teams through the execution of strategic deals that will reinforce our position as well as expanding upon it.
Your responsibilities will cover daily operations with the team on location as well as collaboration with stakeholders in the other Linkfire offices. You will report to the Chief Business Development Officer.
We are looking for your strong support on the business unit that deals with our growth area of traffic monetization and partnerships. In support of our CBDO, you will assess and help execute go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and ensure operational execution amongst cross-functional teams and the broader organization. You will work with teams and projects that are focused on creating direct strategic partnerships and affiliate/advertising opportunities with leading businesses in the technology and music industry.
You will interface with a wide range of stakeholders and senior management within the organization.
In your current role or past experience, you have probably worked in business consultancy or in a demanding financial position. You have a high degree of critical and strategic thinking as well as solid business understanding. You are punctual, structured, and precise, you thrive building environments that function efficiently. You create value by enabling the teams you work with, you lead, create processes, and keep the finger on the pulse of performance. You have a multi-disciplinary understanding of business and can help interpret multiple inputs into insights and execution. You’re ready to embark on your next journey into the music and tech industry and apply your background to the opportunities of this fast-evolving industry.
