Linkfire is looking for a full-time Partner Success Manager to work with end-to-end portfolio management of our Partner Program.

The Role:
As Partner Success Manager at Linkfire, you will get the chance to work closely with the biggest players in the Music, Tech, and Entertainment industry. You will be a part of every new relationship we forge with our partner accounts and will navigate our partners through a seamless implementation process to long-term success.
Your responsibilities will cover both pre-sales support, implementation, and onboarding of new accounts and long-term portfolio account management with reporting and addressing ad-hoc partner needs.
You will interface with stakeholders in and out of the organization, including senior management and top tier partners. On a daily basis you act as the main contact point for our partners post-sale, you prepare and align the implementation between the account and our internal departments, ensure a high-quality launch experience and provide clear and frequent updates and reports on performance and optimizations.
With this role, you will join our growing LA-office, with colleagues in NY and Europe. You’ll get to actively shape the culture of our LA-team and report to our Chief Biz Dev Officer - Andrea Arcari.
