Linkfire is looking for a full-time Partner Success Manager to work with end-to-end portfolio management of our Partner Program. 

You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of designers, engineers, product managers, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe.

The Role:
As Partner Success Manager at Linkfire, you will get the chance to work closely with the biggest players in the Music, Tech, and Entertainment industry. You will be a part of every new relationship we forge with our partner accounts and will navigate our partners through a seamless implementation process to long-term success.

Your responsibilities will cover both pre-sales support, implementation, and onboarding of new accounts and long-term portfolio account management with reporting and addressing ad-hoc partner needs.

You will interface with stakeholders in and out of the organization, including senior management and top tier partners. On a daily basis you act as the main contact point for our partners post-sale, you prepare and align the implementation between the account and our internal departments, ensure a high-quality launch experience and provide clear and frequent updates and reports on performance and optimizations.

With this role, you will join our growing LA-office, with colleagues in NY and Europe. You’ll get to actively shape the culture of our LA-team and report to our Chief Biz Dev Officer - Andrea Arcari.


  • Retain, Nourish and Expand Current Partner Relations
  • Drive implementation from signature to deploy through the relevant product teams
  • Assist the Partnerships team during the scoping and negotiation of a deal
  • You constantly improve the way that we launch new partnerships and onboard in order to provide the best experience to our partners
  • Spar with the product team regularly to find out how to uncover new opportunities for improvements of established partnerships
  • Report on performance and optimization to existing partners
  • Reporting for internal success metrics as well as externally to create success visibility partnerside
  • Re-align business objectives regularly to ensure the partnerships are a mutual success and Linkfire as a partner is a key-value creator to the partner
  • Isolate new opportunities to expand on existing deals
  • Build up solid relationships with the stakeholders on the partnerside

Abilities and Skills:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in experience with Business Development or Customer Success
  • You have a good technical background and good commercial understanding of the Ad Tech space and digital advertising solutions
  • Strong commercial and product instincts and the ability to prioritize and guide cross-functional teams through competing demands and complex problems
  • You’re a self-starter with a proven ability to execute, both individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with business strategy teams as well as technical teams 
  • Experience developing and managing external relationships with senior leaders
  • Proven ability to gather and filter complex data, providing insights related to analytics and revenue creation
